Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application BLUFF (package name com.bluffmastermind.app), published on Google Play. The app is developed and maintained by the BLUFF developer team.

BLUFF works entirely on your device. To run the game, the app stores the following information only in the local memory of your device (browser storage or app local storage):

• Player names — nicknames entered manually by the players before a game starts. These are chosen by the users and are not verified.
• Game data — current match state, such as the selected game mode, categories, scores, round progress, and timer values, used to resume an interrupted game.
• App settings — sound on/off preference, and the list of questions already used (to avoid repeating questions in the same category).

This data never leaves your device. It is never uploaded, synchronized, or sent to any server. It can be deleted at any time from the app itself (by starting a new game or abandoning the current match) or by clearing the app's storage from your device settings.

At the end of a game, BLUFF can generate a vertical image (a "share image") showing the final ranking. Generating and saving or sharing this image is entirely optional and is triggered only by an explicit action from the user. The image is created locally on the device and contains only the game results (player names and scores that you entered).

If you choose to share the image through another app installed on your device (for example a messaging app), that action is governed by the privacy policy of the app you select — BLUFF does not transmit any data on its own.

BLUFF does not require registration, login, or any account. The app does not connect to any remote backend, database, or cloud service. There is no user authentication, no user profile, and no server-side storage of any kind. The game is fully functional offline, without an internet connection.

BLUFF does not use any analytics SDK, advertising network, tracking pixel, device identifier collection, or fingerprinting technology. The app does not collect crash reports, usage statistics, or behavioral data. No third-party services that process personal data are integrated.

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of a data breach involving your information through BLUFF. The local data stored on your device (player names and game state) remains under your control and is protected only by the standard security of your operating system and device.

Although BLUFF does not collect or process personal data, you always have the right to access, correct, or delete the local data stored on your device. You can do so directly from the app (new game / abandon match) or by clearing the app's storage from your device settings.

BLUFF is a casual party game suitable for a general audience. The app does not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children. No personal information is requested or processed.

Any future updates to this Privacy Policy will be published on this same page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Given that the app does not collect or transmit data, material changes to the processing of personal data are not expected.
